What happens if I have a problem after you leave?
A guarantee is only as good as the company that backs it. Genesis Painting has been in business since 1992. We have dedicated customer service personnel, field consultants, and a Quality Assurance Manager whose primary mission is to guarantee your satisfaction. [Back to top]
What brands of paint do you use?
We use only premium paint—usually Hallman Lindsay or Sherwin Williams. We’re able to purchase materials much more inexpensively than you can, considering the large amount of business we do with our suppliers, and we provide it to you at no net profit. However, if you want to buy or specify your own brand of paint, we will be glad to use it with two possible conditions:
- If we know the paint to be of marginal quality and you’re determined to use it, we will refer you to another painting company to have it applied.
- Or in unusual circumstances, we might apply the paint, but not be able to fully guarantee the results. [Back to top]
What do you have in place for quality control?
Genesis Painting employs a fulltime Quality Assurance Supervisor whose primary job is to ensure that any painting project we complete meets a strict set of written standards that we explain to you in advance of your contract.[Back to top]

You will be taken on a comprehensive walkthrough tour of your finished project. We will also solicit your candid opinion about our workmanship and processes with a paper-and-pencil customer service survey. And as always, our fulltime customer service personnel, field consultants, and Quality Assurance Manager are dedicated to your complete satisfaction—and maintaining the Genesis reputation for honesty, personal attention, excellent service, and quality materials. Yes. In two different ways. You can use our self-help guide. And at no additional cost to you, we offer the services of a professional muralist and decorative painter. She can help you choose colors that will highlight the best features of your home or business—inside and outside—as well as provide other creative ideas and suggestions. [Back to top]

Yes. Window glazing, deck staining, and high-pressure exterior washing. We’re also a premier provider of roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, and gutter systems for homes and businesses though our sister company Genesis Exteriors. [Back to top]
Do you do commercial work?
We specialize in repainting existing business properties. The company that initially painted your property probably isn’t the best to help you with renovation. Painting large expanses of brand new wall space in a large empty site—unencumbered by trim, customers, or inventory—does not require the same levels of care, preparation, protection, and craftsmanship as does repainting.
